Caitlin Clark: “Nobody Gives Me Advice In Game. I Wish.”

TV

Caitlin Clark has thrown up her biggest shot of the WNBA season. Unfortunately, it came in a comment on her Indiana Fever coach.

Indiana coach Christie Sides was the apparent target of Clark’s remark. Following Indiana’s 89-77 loss to the Seattle Storm on Friday night, Clark was asked about the best piece of in-game advice she received so far this season.

“Nobody gives me advice in game. I wish,” she responded.

That was red meat for the fans, who immediately took to social media to question Sides’ role on the team if she wasn’t giving advice.

“@fever Remind me again…Why is @ChristieSides the Head Coach again?”‘”

“Sides needs to go,” said another.

Sides and Clark had words during last Sunday’s game against the Chicago Sky, which may have strained the relationship. Clark took only two shots in the final seven minutes of the game, which many viewed as a strategic error.
